Shipping policy

 

  1. Order Processing & Shipping Time: We strive to ship within 48 business hours of confirmed order and payment.  In the event of a delay due to severe weather events or other circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified via email. 

  2. Separately Shipped Items:  Some of our products are shipped direct from the manufacturer or vendor, and will arrive separately from other products in your order.  This may affect shipping time for those products. 

  3. Shipping to PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes when no other option is available, but please use a street address if shipping to your area allows for it. Impact Crates are NOT able to be shipped to PO Boxes. 

  4. Missing or Delayed Shipment:  Please check the tracking for your order that was provided via email. If the tracking shows the item was delivered, please contact the carrier to have them trace the package and file a claim.  

  5. International Shipments: Please keep in mind that duty and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient (which is determined by each Country) and all orders are in US dollars.
     
    NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
  • Your country's de minimis value determines if local customs will assess a duty or tax on your shipment.
  • Duties and VAT are calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods (item + insurance + shipping).
  • Any duties and taxes on your international shipment will be billed directly to you by the global carrier.
  • If the package is refused by the receiver it may be subject to a refusal fee. This cost will be deducted from the total cost of the refund.
  • All orders are processed in US Dollars.
