Return Guidelines

Return Window: You may return products for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Shipping Fee: Returns are processed using our return shipping label. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Restocking Fee: All product returns are subject to a 10% per item restocking fee, which will also be deducted from your refund amount.

No RMA Required: We do not require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Simply include a copy of your receipt with the returned item.

Condition of Returns: Items must be in their original, new condition and in their original packaging. Returned products must be unused.

Non-Acceptance of Damaged or Altered Items: We will not accept any items showing signs of use, including dried fluids, teeth marks, dirt, or any alterations. Such items will not be eligible for return.

Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days after we confirm the item is in its new and original condition.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We will not credit a different card or account or offer alternative payment methods—this policy is strictly enforced.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additional Shipping Fees: Some items may incur additional shipping charges. International customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with returns.
